Are you confident to cox a winning crew?

Yes or no this course is
for you!

Who can apply? – Any rower who is affiliated to Welsh Sea Rowing (including experienced Juniors). This course covers lots of information for anyone who wishes to cox Sea Rowing Boats.

Format – This is an online – Zoom – interactive small group meeting (limited to 10 participants) where everyone’s input is valued.

Duration – Two sessions of 3 hours each, of which both sessions need to be attended.

What’s the benefit? – Plenty of information and practical instruction along with a printable support workbook for future reference.

A coveted WSR Certificate of attendance will also be awarded!

When – Option 1; – Thursday 1st April 2021 18.00 – 21.00 & Thursday 8th April 18.00 -21.00

         Option 2; – Saturday 10th April 2021 10.00 – 13.00 & Saturday 17th April 10.00 – 13.00

Cost – IT’S FREE!
