Welsh Sea Rowing is responsible for coastal rowing competitions in Wales, including the WSR League, which has two racing disciplines: Celtic Longboats; and Coastal Sculls. The series of North and South League races are well attended and include many categories of racing that are there to encourage people of all ages and abilities to participate in our sport (Junior(U16 & U18), Senior, Veterans (40+), Super Veteran (50+) and Ultra Veteran (60+)). WSR affiliated clubs provide an excellent range of races and also maintain an impressive safety record.
WSR provides specific advice to clubs, parents/guardians and participants, in relation to the protection of youths and vulnerable adults – Welsh Sea Rowing child protection advice. You can contact the WSR Welfare Officer for further advice and guidance.
