Simplified Affiliation for 2021 – To affiliate please fill in the affiliation form.
It was decided by the WSR membership at this year’s AGM to waiver the 2021 season affiliation fee of £149.00 for all clubs.
However clubs MUST affiliate and fill in all the required information below to ensure they are covered by WSR insurance.
Therefore please make sure your club secretary or a committee officer completes the required affiliation forms for April 1st 2021 – March 31st 2022.

If you do not wish to fill in the online form please download the affiliation form word document, fill it in and send to the WSR Secretary: (You do not need to submit the other documents listed on the form until such time we return to rowing.)
Q. Do we need to provide the following documents before being issued a WSR affiliation certificate?
Club Safety Audit Checklist
Club Risk Assessment Checklist
Club Constitution
A. WSR understand that many clubs have been dormant over the Covid-19 period and may continue to be for a while longer. It is therefore not practical to ask for these documents until such time that clubs can start thinking about returning to rowing. However it is imperative that these documents are supplied before any water based activity takes places otherwise your insurance will be invalidated. Please consult with WSR Secretary for more information.
Q. How do we pay our fees?
A. There are no affiliation fees to pay for the 2021 season.
Q. Do we still need to pay membership fees per individual member?
A. Yes the normal fees of £15 per adult and £6 per junior apply for the 2021 season. However if you paid as an adult member last year (2020 season) it was decided at the last AGM to offer a £5.00 reduction on this years fees. Please consult with WSR Secretary for more information.
