Boat Arrival; We kindly request local clubs from Aberystwyth to Fishguard to arrive between 7.30am & 8.30am. All other clubs to arrive by 9am. Boats offloaded at the top of main pier & trailers then to be brought to Central Car Park as directed.

PLEASE BRING DOLLY TRAILERS AND BE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE OFFLOADING TO AVOID BLOCKING UP THE WHOLE VILLAGE!

Trailer Parking; Central Carpark at the end of Park Street (see map). Cars and Vans can park here too. Charges apply -£1 COINS ONLY
Car parking; Wellington Place CP (SA45 9NY) nearest the seafront. Charges apply. No TRAILERS allowed in this car park.

Registration; 7.45am – 9.30am
Coxes Briefing; 10.00am. We ask all Coxes to carry a VHF.
Race Times; 10.30am (Women), 11.30am (Senior), 12.30pm (Novice/Junior) 13.30pm (Mixed).
Race Distance;3NM for Woman, Seniors & Mixed. 1.75NM for Novice & Juniors. 11-13yrs participation straight line event 800metres.
Entry Fees; Adults £8, Juniors £3
Food; post-race meal included in entry fee.
Also available to purchase; pre-race bacon, eggs or porridge pots along with tea/coffee & delicious cakes!
Accommodation; There are plenty of campsites and B&Bs in and around New Quay.

PLEASE NOTE; AFTER THE LAST RACE LEAVE YOUR BOATS ON THE BEACH AND GO DIRECTLY TO THE YACHT CLUB FOR FOOD AND THE PRESENTATION (3PM) AND THEN RETRIEVE YOUR BOATS FROM THE BEACH
