• Boat Arrival; We kindly request local clubs from Aberystwyth to Fishguard to arrive between 7.30am & 8.15am. All other clubs to arrive between 8.15am & 9am. Boats offloaded at the top of main pier & trailers then to be brought to Central Car Park as directed.
• Trailer Parking; Central Carpark at the end of Park Street (see map). Cars and Vans can park here too. Charges apply.

NOTE this is NOT the parking area used in previous years in New Quay.

• Car parking; Paragon CP & Wellington Place is nearest the seafront. Charges apply. Cars ONLY can take the route down Water Street (see map) to these car parks. NO TRAILERS in these car parks.
• Registration; 7.45am – 9.30am
• Coxes Briefing; 9.45am. We ask all Coxes to carry a VHF.
• Race Times; 10.30am (Women), 11.30am (Senior), 12.30pm (Novice/Junior) 13.30pm (Mixed).
• Race Distance; 3.5miles (2miles for Novice /Junior). 11-13yrs participation straight line event.
• Entry Fees; Adult £7, Junior £3
• Food; Post-Race meal included in entry fee.
  Available to purchase Pre-Race food and Tea/Coffee & Cake!
• Accommodation; There are plenty of campsites and B&Bs in and around New Quay. Early booking is advised due to the bank Holiday Weekend.

Black Dot is Trailer Parking at Central Carpark. This is a different Car Park to the one used historically.
Blue Dot is Boat Unloading Area
Red Dot is nearest Carpark (Cars only)

Photographs for promotional purposes will be taken. A Drone will be used during the races (not Novice and Junior) Let us know if you do not want your picture to be used.
