We are now inviting submissions for the WSR 2023 fixture list:
Please note that at the last Executive committee meeting held in October 2022, it was agreed to remove the rule restricting clubs applying to host an event on the basis that they had attended 5 or more races in the previous season. So for 2023 it has been agreed that ANY WSR affiliated club willing to host an event can apply.
Please download and fill in the ‘Proposal form for WSR 2023 fixtures’.
Once completed, please “save as” and suffix the filename with your club name / initials.
Please return via email to raceofficer@searowing.wales and secretary@searowing.wales along with your race day Risk Assessment.
Please note putting together the calendar in a way that is fair for all clubs can be a challenge. Following the criteria detailed on the form makes the process quicker and fair for all.

Online Event Workshop – held in November 2021
It is essential that any clubs intending to host an event in 2023 season must have at least one member who attended this event.
If any club cannot satisfy this criteria please contact us as soon as possible.
