We are now inviting submissions for the WSR 2025 fixture list:
Please note that at an Executive committee meeting held in October 2022, it was agreed to remove the rule restricting clubs applying to host an event on the basis that they had attended 5 or more races in the previous season. So for 2025 it has been agreed that ANY WSR affiliated club willing to host an event can apply.
Please download and fill in the ‘Proposal form for WSR 2025 fixtures’.
Once completed, please “save as” and suffix the filename with your club name / initials.
Please return via email to raceofficer@searowing.wales and secretary@searowing.wales along with your race day Risk Assessment.
Please note putting together the calendar in a way that is fair for all clubs can be a challenge. Following the criteria detailed on the form makes the process quicker and fair for all.

Online Event Workshop
It is essential that any clubs intending to host an event in 2025 season must ensure at least one member of their race organising committee attended the ‘Online Event Workshop’ held in 2023. If you are unsure or know none of your committee did this workshop then please email secretary@searowing.wales as soon as possible.
