Message from Dave Reynolds, Chair Borth Rowing Club.

“We held a meeting on Monday when it was agreed that we are not able to provide enough people to run a safe an efficient race day, so the decision was made to postpone our event and possibly reschedule in September when we hope the club is running at its previous level.

You will notice that we have limited number of members signed up this year, so we want to concentrate on increasing membership,  thus we instead will run an open event to allow anyone local to come and have a short row,  having short fun races, swapping crews throughout the day. We hope that this will be a nice event for all to enjoy and increase our presence in the village.

I’m sorry that we are unable to run a Race Day event at this time, but hope to increase the club’s activeness soon. “
