Fastest Mixed Crew: 1.47.16 Llangwm (Mixed & Overall Winners)
Fastest Ladies’ Crew: 1.58.46 PYC Ladies
Fastest Men’s Crew: 1.58.09 South Wales Coastal
The Race:
- 10 mile (handicapped) race starting at Cardigan Old Bridge,
around Cardigan Island and back. River and sea rowing at its best!
- Open to all coxed fixed-seat rowing craft
- Classes: Men, Women, Mixed (handicapped for class and boat type)
- No swapping during the race (4 x rowers/ 1x cox only)

- Registration: 9.30 – 11am
- Coxes Briefing: 11.15am
- Race Start: 12.15pm
- Cost: £10.00 per participant (Meal Ticket Included)

Directions/ Parking (SA43 3AD)
- Entering Cardigan from the ‘Fishguard’ roundabout (on A487) just south of the river), take the ‘Town Centre’ Travel down the hill and turn right just before the old bridge. This takes you into the Pentood Industrial Estate
- Parking and registration can be found immediately past Jewson’s on the left hand side

Refreshments/ Facilities
- Refreshments will be available to purchase before the race at registration
- Limited toilet facilities, but no showers, sorry!
- Pubs and restaurants near within easy walking distance
Camping
There is a lovely campsite overlooking Cardigan Island and the Teifi Estuary just a mile out of Cardigan.

Important Information
- For safety reasons the number of boats are limited so please send in registration forms (email is fine) ASAP by Tuesday, 29th July at the latest so we can provide sufficient safety cover and calculate
handicaps
- An alternative estuary course will be held in the event of adverse sea conditions
- Cardigan Rowing Cub reserves the right to cancel at any time
