Launching & Race Information
- Boats will launch from the slipway in Porthmadog Harbour.
- Crews should proceed one-by-one around the pontoon to the start.
- Please take care around moored boats and other water users.
- After finishing, crews should return to the slipway.
- Food, refreshments and presentations will take place at Madoc Yacht Club after racing.

Additional Information
- Tea, coffee and bacon baps will be available before racing.
- Please bring a reusable mug if possible.
- Post-race food is included in the entry fee.
- Please advise any dietary requirements when entering.
- All races are the same distance except Novices & Juniors.
- All races will use a timed start.
- Changing facilities and showers are available at the Yacht Club.
Parking
- Limited parking available at the Yacht Club.
- Additional council parking is available nearby.
- Please note: A parking camera system is in operation. Late registration details may result in parking fines, which are outside the club’s control.
- Celtics and trailers may be kept on the green beside the slipway.

After the Racing
The Yacht Club will remain open throughout the day and everyone is welcome to stay for food, refreshments and presentations.
